Moving on, a software for basic accounting takes a few hours or days to be learned, unlike other software that require its users to invest a lot of time and resource in training.
However, companies that use basic accounting programs may encounter a problem once they decide to hire more employees, provide new types of services, or expand their line of products. Some of these basic accounting software may not be able to support the growth of a business. A probable solution for this situation is the purchasing of add-ons, which are supplementary functions that are installed on the software, although only a few of these software support such functions. |
